This super easy and very tasty pasta salad recipe is the perfect side dish to any BBQ or party. This is an Italian dressing-based pasta salad – not mayo-based macaroni salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Dry rotini pasta noodles

  • 1/2 cup Red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1 1/2 cup Italian dressing

  • 1/2 cup Salad Supreme seasoning

Directions

  • Boil the rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Do not overcook the pasta!
  • Transfer cooked pasta into a large bowl or tray, and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Into the pasta, add all of the vegetables, all of the Salad Supreme seasoning, and 1 cup of the Italian dressing. Mix everything thoroughly together.
  • Cover the pasta salad and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Mix another 1/2 cup of Italian dressing into the salad (or more, if you like it to be very wet with dressing).
  • Serve and enjoy.
