This is the recipe for the marinade I used in my recent video for grilled balsamic maple pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine

  • 1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 3 teaspoons McCormick Grill Mates Maple Seasoning

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Stir or shake thoroughly.
  • Marinate pork in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • While grilling, baste pork with some of the leftover marinade.
